This policy explains how I, Jorge, trading as J.P Web Developer, handle your personal data under UK GDPR.

What I collect

When you use the free demo form, I collect your name, business name, email address, what you need and what you tell me about your business.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a demo website for you. My lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form.

Storage and security

Your details are stored securely with a trusted hosting provider and can only be accessed by me. I never sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

How long I keep it

If we don't go on to work together, I delete your details within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you at any time by sending me a direct message on Instagram. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
